Due to bad weather cancelling one of our trial flight days last term we are holding an additional one this term. Keep an eye on our website for when booking opens (it will be announced on our trial flight mailing list as well)

Bookings are now being taken for our summer evening trial flight days. Evening slots are quite short, so you don't have to take much time out of revision (!) and with the summer weather the flights tend to be really lovely! So why not give it a go?

Dates available are:

• 10th May
• 17th May
• 24th May

(ie, all Saturdays) The sessions start at 17:45, and flights are £18 for the first and £14 for any subsequent flights. See the "Trialflights" page for more details - click the button at the top.

I am pleased to announce that our online trial flight booking system is now up and running! Our trial flight dates are:

Friday 26^th October
Friday 2^nd November
Friday 9^th November

To book: click on ‘Trialflights’ across the top, read the information on that page, and then click on ‘Trialflight database system’ in the text to proceed to the booking page.

We will transport you from Cambridge (specifically, the Sidgwick Site), to the airfield and back again. You should be away from Cambridge for around 3 hours. We are taking groups to the airfield every hour and a half throughout these days, as you’ll see. Trial flights cost £18 but if you have two flights on the day the second one is reduced to £14. And if you decide to join as a member on the day then the cost of each of your flights will be reduced to £10. If you have any further questions, do contact me.

On Thursday 21st June, we're holding our final trial flight event of the year. We'll be running trial flights throughout the day and booking is now open. So if you missed out on our other events, now's your chance to make may week special! To make sure you hear about trial flight days/evenings as soon as they are announced, make sure you're on our trial flight email list by emailing enquiries@cugc.org.uk and ask to be added to it.

UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE TRANSPORT TO THE AIRFIELD for trial flights this term. Please do not book a trial flight if you are unable to get yourself to the airfield for your alloted time on the day of your flight.
